I'm amused when people rate a mobile phone on its camera, WAP, WIFI, music and all that palaver.

You only need it to make and receive calls and texts.

I don't see why it's amusing.
People want to have a camera or music player with them, and if they can get a decent one inside their phone, then its less crap to have to carry around.

Im with Mancot on this, i cant see all the fuss in all these 8 mega pixel camera, touch screen phones. I have had them before in the past and i notice they break easily.

I currently have a Nokia 6300 and it is the best phone i have ever owned, easy to use and sturdy. If i lost or broke it tomorrow i would by another one with no hesitation.

Ditto, got a 6300 as well, not arsed by all the high and mighty features you can get, nice to have them yeah but they aren't a neccesity for me.

It isn't too pricey either.

I never used to be botherd about the lastest phones and things but my dad recently bought me a samsung s5600 and i have had it 1 week and lost it, it is in my house somewhere but i can't find it and i haven't lost a phone before so it is annoying.

I can see the benefits of having camera, mp3 in the phone but it isn't essential

Lovely mobile that tbf but I cant afford it right now sorry!
I'll stick with my Nokia 6500 and look for a new phone near xmas time me thinks.
