Getting new messages but have stopped getting the pop up box thingy when they come through???
New messages are there but only when i actually look for them???

Javascript problem maybe? What is your internet security setting set to?
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security to check what the High - Medium - Low slider is set to.

Medium-High.Works is Vista,home is XP.
In that case try your settings on here.
Goto My Controls > Options > Board Settings > Board Display Settings
There is an option there to switch the PM message notification on or off.
