how come the whole process of posting a message has changed, its gone real basic like, no tools, no smileys, nothing.

and also when i quote a post its comes up with loads of bb code b*ll*cks in it.

Your internet security options are not set to default values. It looks like javascript isn't running or something. I managed to reproduce what you are getting by setting the security level to 'high'.

This is under Tools > Internet Options > Security

If it is set to high for 'internet', try setting it to medium and ensure medium has the Microsoft default values.

Alternatively, add devachat to your trusted sites list.
