Webbsfeet v Ebbsfleet....Love the story of how ebbsfleet are owned ond controlled by 300 of so internet share holders--hope they do really well..From going to the brink to looking a decent side and having a solid background fair play..Thers those who roll over and die and those who come up with a plan....

Hey! It's not often you come out with something original and amusing Chester68! A big pat on your humped back from GnR!!
Grimsby v Chester. You arrive at the the Findus Ground and can genuinely smell fish in the air, and everyone knows something fishy's going on at the Cestrian Stadium where an average crowd of home support of 900 can sell 7000 replica tops in a season. Perhaps the fans bought 8 tops each, one for every day of the week and a spare just incase they get sweaty travelling to collect their benefit on a Thursday?
Wxm v Ebsfleet? A MASSIVE MASSIVE game IMHO. If Wrecsam lose I can see the crowd turning on 'Brian 'Easy Rider' Little and the players. It will be hard against 6 game undefeated Ebsfleet who will raise their game, like every other club, when they visit The Goatcoarse. Once they come off the A483 and see those floodlights they need no motivation.
Lose tomorrow and the natives get very restless. Win? We could go on a run..
We'll see.

TBH there are massive games in the bsp been there done that As a fan your game is bigger than the rest..Personaly not arsed with liverfool v mancs tmrw but if i had to choose my old fellas roots hailed from gatley and the area was a big part of my childhood..as opposed to growing up as a Chester fan when Lfc won everything and the mindless majority went with the flo..Unbelievable i know lifelong Scouse lovers aged 40ish who have never been to Anfield--If we are passing complements GNR i will argue and give you lads respect when in you area..Wont even give them the steam..All you have to do is put your hand up and ask DID YOU GO?? No didnt think so so shut up..Nearly nice to you then--Off for a jd mouthwash now to resume normality F**K off poundshopper

I might be in luck. I've got a virus and might not be able to go. I shouldn't really.
I don't know what to do. I feel rough but it's also a nice day and the lawn needs cutting even if I feel like death.
It might come down to a spin of a coin.
Go and watch Wr**h*m feeling rough? Or cut the lawn feeling rough but not paying £18 for the priviledge?

An OK performance from Wr**h*m, result was exactly what was needed. Going a goal-down early on in the first half, I expected Ebbsfleet to sit back, and defend, just like Burton did for 90mins in the prevous home game. But all credit to Ebbsfleet, they still came forwards and forced Ward to make some saves, albeit not the overly spectacular ones that he favours. We've already seen one dreadful side come away from Cae Ras with 3 points, but TBH I thought the Fleet were quite possibly the best of the three conference teams I've seen here so far this season.
J-Lo was again in good form today, but it would be nice to see him closing down the opposition a bit more frequently. I suppose playing for Wr**h*m, he will probably get more shooting chances than for a smaller club, which explains why he has got so many already this season (9 games, 7 goals).
Neil Taylor started well, but seemed to fade once he suffered a facail injury in the first half, only to be replaced by Proctor at half time - much to the delight of the majority of reds fans, as playing 45 mins with 3 strikers (4 if you count Simon Brown, but I'm still not sure about him). it was inevatable that Wr**h*m would score goals in the second half, attacking the deserted old Kop end.
For Ebbsfleet, I was impressed with number 23 Jamie Hand (ex-Chester and Oxford), who seemed to control everything in the midfield, and made some fantastic long distance passes, almost always picking out a green shirt. Not only that, but he managed to make some good tackles (although one was mis-timed in the first half), and seemed good at finding space, therefore always available to recieve the pass.
Todays crowd was a bitterly disappointing 3,132 (90 Ebbsfleet fans) - our lowest of the season by 400. The Eric Roberts stand made some noise, with a good bit of it being directed at the referee, who turned down certain penalty directly infront of them, and then proceeded to carry on the form of most referees at the Racecourse this season, by making some quite frankly bizzare and other just plain wrong decisions; but without really favouring one side over the other.

Legend.
Super Jamie Hand
Always remembered for scoring against the enemy, albeit in a 1-2 home defeat.
