I would like to say a huge thankyou to everyone who turned out and a special thankyou to the main organisers Mike Griffiths and Woody. It was a great honour to play in a match between two Chester supporters teams in memory of my dad who was the greatest Chester fan I ever knew. Also a special honour to be able to feature for both of your teams - and I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of footballing talent on display.

I'm sure the Hospice will be extremely grateful for the cash that was generously raised on the day.

Cheers guys, even though i wasnt present to take part i can speak on behalf of the lads to say it was a very enjoyable day (despite the result) and everyone was glad that plenty of money was raise but a superb charity.
