ANDERS
Thanks for those, wouldn't like to go there every week, we were too far away from the pitch and there was no atmosphere whatsoever.

I thought the ground and facilites were quite good. I had my glasses on and had no prob's seeing the game, unfortunately. However, I agree with the no atmos comments.

It's not as if they had a choice, is it?

I thought the stadium itself, and the facilities, were quality. Very nice surroundings, too. It wasn't built for football though, and it shows... the first real test for my contact lenses! biggrin.gif

Snacks were much cheaper than at Chester, and its definetly much nicer refreshments area. Unfortunately they only sold pies / sausage rolls. No burgers, hot dogs, etc. The view was nowhere near as bad as I expected, although it wasnt excellent. Someone on Football Ground Guide said the toilets were poor, they seem to be fine, quite clean, etc. Maybe not enough for a very large away following but there was nothing like a queue.

i particularly loved our fans for singing 'you dont know where you're playing' and other such chants about them not having a ground.

very very short memories that some people have. now where were we playing in the early 90's?....
