Carphone Warehouse - LinkThe Samsung U600 mobile phone is one of the handsets that launched Samsung's "Ultra Edition II" range. It's intended to be one of the slimmest, most powerful and best looking mobiles around... and it delivers on all three counts.
At less than 11mm deep, this is certainly a slim phone. But as you'd expect from Samsung, there's plenty going on inside the slide-open casing. The U600 is equipped with a 3.2 megapixel auto-focus camera that has a flash for night-time photos. It'll also record long videos, with 60MB of built-in storage and an expansion slot for adding more memory. Thanks to ICEpower Technology by Bang & Olufsen the U600 has a more compact amplifier to achieve superior sound quality while reducing battery consumption.
This slim, lightweight beauty is a music player as well, offering stereo Bluetooth compatibility if you've treated yourself to a pair of wireless headphones. And there's email, complete with a document viewer that'll show you most popular file attachments.
When it comes to looks, the shimmering exterior has been created to attract attention. Distinctive and elegant, it stands out for all the right reasons. A large colour display dominates the front, while external multimedia keys let you access important functions without using the phone's menu. Anyone who's after advanced technology and advanced design is bound to be entranced by the Samsung U600.
The phone also comes with a 1gb memory card....and is on O2 it has a few scrathes on the top of the phone but all in all is in a good and working condition, I am looking at bids over £55 + P&P.
Thank you and happy bidding.

Im not sure what the next game I will be going to is probably Dag & Red away, I live near London so it's not easy going to home games.
But if not I can settle for £50 + P&P ( About £6 maybe a little more).
Cheers BSB

Cash arrived today, so I suppose I should start with a thanks!
That said, I really do think you are taking the p**s sending back £40 when I had sent £45.
Let's look at the facts
1. You advertised a phone which made it sound in far better condition that it actually was, and with a 1GB memory card
2. I said I would pay £45 for the phone if it was supplied with a power adapter and USB cable
3. After some haggling around P&P you agreed to supply for the £45 I had offered.
4. I sent a cheque the next day and in good faith you agreed to ship the phone as soon as the cheque arrived
5. I had to wait for over a week for you to ship the phone down to problems you were having with other eBayer's (is there any wonder?)
6. When the phone arrived it was not as described, minus the 1GB memory card and without a USB cable.
7. I returned the phone 4 days later at a cost to me of £2.88
8. 2 weeks later I receive £40
So in summary, you have the phone you started with, have gained £5 and have spent ~ £2 on postage.
I have lost £7.88 and a s**t load of my time.
Needless to say I won't be remotely interested in anything you might advertise for sale on DeeBay in the future. Hopefully others might think twice now too

Not true.
I bought a phone off BSB,had no problems, phone was as described, good price and delivered straight to my Mrs in person.
Wouldn't hesitate to buy another,and he's a nice lad.
I agree with more or less everything Crazy Badger has said, I did unmeaningfully exagirate and I have apolagised as for the figures I think you ar egetting muddled up.

This is slightly different though, as it appears BSB has stolen money from Badger by not refunding him the full amount when he sent the goods back.
That's the con, not the fact that the goods may or may not be faulty.
£45 included postage and packaging which came to £3.90 something, which means you paid £41.10 for the phone, which is definetley a fair price but as the phone didn't work I refunded £40, I don't see a problem.

So I have to pay for you to send me something that isn't fit for sale, and then pay for me to return it.
w****r
It did work but as you said after I told you what to do, 'I haven't got the time' fair enough im not blaming you for it, but at the same time why should I pay if I sent you something which WAS fit for sale for you to return it, and as for the bits I said would be included which wern't I said would send them straight away and apologized for the missing item's and explained I was having trouble with somebody who hadn't paid on ebay.
I have given you a full refund and apologized more than once, I have sold things on ebay and have 100% positive feedback and I have sold four things on here to Banjo, Phill, yourself and Caergwrle Blue all of them apart from yourself have not had a problem with the item description, I looked at the item and agreed it was exagerated on my part and gave you a refund aswell as a sincere apology, what more do you want?

I have had dealings with BSB also but the transaction was smooth. The item was as descriped and was received promptly. However having read this thread if I had not already had dealings with you (BSB) then I would not be looking to do so in the future.
In this instance where it seems you have misled Badger by exagerating the condition on the phone and did not include the 1GB card or data cable you should have refunded him exactly how much he sent to you. On top of this you should have negotiated to pay all of or some of the cost to return the phone to you.
Who knows Badger may of waived the additional postage charge but the least he should have got back was he £45 he sent to you.
I agree but I offered to send them first class next day but he said he wanted to return it, I am not going to give a full refund and pay postage which as you said he may heave exagerated because he couldn't be bothered.

If anyone had exaggerated anything it is you with the quality if the phone and the accessories you said would be included.
Had you return the £45 nothing would have been said. Based on your numbers, you are £1.10 in pocket and I am still £7.88 out of pocket when you were at fault.
If you can see why I have a problem, more fool you. The money isn't the issue, the principle is.

its only right that this is on an open forum so potential buyers can see what the seller is like, negative or positive
