I'm 25 and looking to get back into playing a bit of footy. I'm a pacy player who can play in defence and midfield and reads the game well.

I am a solid, hard-working player who is cultured on the ball and not afraid to get forward to supply the forwards.

We train most wednesday evenings at the moment at Westminster Park, got a training session tomorrow night at about 06:45pm there if you can make it, come along!

Some guy named Woody has PM'd me about a team called AFC Chester.

What do people know about them?

Is that not an illegal approach?

I'm sure it was along the lines of "if you don't care if you lose a game and just want a laugh then they are the team for you. We have Stefan Gillet playing for us though..."

How come half of your players have gone from the squad list, Woody?

Just an in-joke when one of our current Deva Chat FC players turned up at training for the first time, before the two sides split, and brought up the subject of City's new signing at the time Stefan Gillet, to which one of the current AFC players replied "oh, where does he play and is he coming tonight?" - kinda harming AFC's official supporters team reputation!

Ha ha!! I remember that. Thankfully those dark days are long gone!!
Robbie, the players are still there. I've just been archiving last season's stuff and starting fresh with the players list and aint gotten round to completing it yet, though Ryan Lloyd has now left us for good.

PS Mancot.....Any chance of that friendly match now? You have cancelled on us a few times already this summer. We are more than prepared to host you. Is next Wednesday night too soon notice?

I'll be honest on a potential AFC match with you Woody.

We know you would like a match with us, some of us want a game with you, while others don't. I'm not sure why as I would like to play you lot and it's a shame we have to cancel all the time but it's not my decision to cancel it, it's the management teams.

I wouldn't expect a match soon, to be honest. But I'll see what I can do...

He said "AFC are the club's official supporters team but we have a decent relationship with Deva Chat FC. A lot of their players used to play for us. I'd say they are a relatively young side but there are some good lads that play for them. One or two moron's as well (Mancot Shrew) but you can'y have it all. Ha ha!!"
