Agree with the original suggestion of Doncaster - horrible place, glad to see some agreement on it!

Port Talbot is the @rsehole of the world. The place has about 8 houses all look decrepid, and has massive dirty great big industrial estate that makes Shell look like a small time outfit. The place is miserable, the people are freaks, and it stinks

My work takes me to various places. The worst I've been to has to be Rochdale, it's just awful! My few days in Blackpool couldn't end soon enough. And I have to agree with the earlier assertion that Stockport isn't the most attractive place in the UK, but it's not quite the worst.

I don't know about Werxhum, as I haven't been there for 30 years....... lucky me!

Moss Side would be up there, but who in their right mind would actually visit it? (Apart from a gun dealer)

Most of the outside areas on Liverpool are grim aswell. The likes of Kirkby, Croxteth, Huyton & Toxteth are right dumps!!

London has for me some of the unsafest inner city streets in the Uk
but also boast some mighty nice places.
It has areas that rival any place but as a whole city I dont know if its the worst. I think when you live in places like Chester , York Stratford,
places that are not working towns like Birkenhead which is also a awful place your spoilt a bit.

Oh yes, I had the misfortune to go through that godforsaken place on Saturday, plus New Inn, Abergavenney, Newport, Neath, and Bridgend!! Altho Bridgend does have a designer outlet village!!

Kingston-upon-Hull topped a poll recently. Stoke-on-Trent came second in said poll, unfortunately for me!

Glasgow used to take the title it was a cesspit untill all the money rolled in and the Gorbels got smashed up.
Quite a nice place now although some of the estates are still of thrid world nature.

Not really some area's of Stoke are quiet nice imo so...cheaper houses

after living in Liverpool for three years you learn that even though areas like toxteth have never been redeveloped they are high in community spirit and a sense of belonging.

Little gun crime etc like areas of Manchester and others just full of little scumbags who think there hard. (like Rhyl)

I got offered a job in Mboro a couple of months ago, and to be honest after looking around the place there was no way I was going to uproot my family from Chester for 1.5k a year more, to live in that sh1thole

Daventry is horrible. don't care much for most of east anglia as well although i know many will disagree. i dunno, places like grimsby and lincoln make me shuddwer when i go there.

Stoke is a right toilet, I worked there for abit & have no intention of going back. EVER!!!!

I personally think the L4 area is the biggest pit in Liverpool. Horrible place with a lot of horrible people living there.

I spent last sat afternoon up there in the lashing rain, its got some half decent boozers but some horrible ugly weird locals.
Seemed more brummie and scouse bag heads than welsh people tbh.
Still the beer went down well.
