A bit of a strange thing to sell but there you go, someone may want it!

I have a concrete panel garage I wish to take down from my back garden/driveway to open up a bit of space and as it is currently largely unused. The roof is unfortunately a bit leaky and therefore this is probably best disposed of which I am happy to do in advance.

However the rest of the garage is in perfect condition. It is comprised of various concrete panels that slot together between concrete posts in order to make a solid hard standing garage. It has a standard up and over garage door, new wooden side door and 3 small windows.

If someone wants to have a new roof put on it then this would work out to be an extremely cheap build.
