On 17th March, prior to the match against Aldershot Town, there will be a sponsored walk in aid of the Chester FC Academy.

The Academy, and the high quality young players it produces, is one of the jewels of our football club. It is key to the club's survival but has no income other than donations. Please do support the walk.

The walk will begin at noon at the Swansway Chester Stadium (with registration in the Blues Bar open from 11 am) and head off down Sovereign Way, on to Sealand Road before turning left into Ferry Lane. At the end of Ferry Lane the route takes in the footpath alongside the river before turning left again and finishing back at the ground.

It is the expectation that medals and refreshments will be provided.

There is no fee to take part in the walk, which is another of our fundraising initiatives that brings fans together, but donations are kindly requested. These donations can be boosted by obtaining sponsorship via the attached form. People who raise more than £100 will be entered into a draw to win a 2018/19 Chester FC season ticket or an Xbox One.

Congratulations to all concerned.

Another outstanding season, with hopefully more to come next Wednesday in the league cup quarter final at Romford.

One of the few bright spots in an otherwise thoroughly depressing season.

Totally agree with Martin.

The back room staff and players who achieved this are a real credit to Chester FC.
