The board of City Fans United (CFU) is pleased to announce that Jonny Hughes has been elected as the new chair of CFU.

Jonny was voted onto the board in 2016 and has since served as vice chair and as acting chair until the latest AGM.

Neil Bellis was elected as vice chair, Laurence Kirby remained as treasurer and Marion Needham was reappointed as secretary.

The board also appointed Laurence Kirby, Andrew Morris, David Harrington-Wright and Mark Jones to the operational board, joining Ron Smith.

The make up of the CFU board is - Neil Bellis, Mike Day, David Harrington-Wright, Jonny Hughes, Mark Jones, Laurence Kirby, Andrew Morris, Anne Salmon, David O’Toole and David Williams.

The board have also looked into the current portfolio structure and will update members shortly on a revised way of working, one that will enable the board to engage more with the membership, the wider fanbase and community as we look to grow this club together.

So he gets the Job full time, I applaud anyone who gives up a lot of their free time to act as a volunteer for our great club, Bryan Burns I feel will be a great loss

I agree, but it was Brian's own decision to step down.
Hopefully he will take some time to recharge his batteries and return to active volunteering with renewed enthusiasm.
