I am trying to join the meeting through the streaming but the screen is saying it is 'OFF AIR'. The chat box seems to be frozen too.

I was hoping with the new website and improved BluesLive service that the streaming may have been improved too.

Not working up in the Welsh hills either Pauline. Been OK in the past. Wonder if the meeting has started. Maybe worth emailing Neil?

That's interesting as I haven't had any ads tonight but they were a pain for me last season. In fact I feel the streaming is a lot better this evening (after the initial hiccups and the problem with the Chat Box).

It was an informal meeting with JM as guest speaker, he lay out his vision for the coming season. He started by telling us how he gets the ethos of our club having spent 2 years in a role with the community trust, he also states that he believes the fans of this club are our biggest Asset. Since he has been at the club he says this is the best group of footie players we've ever had, his ethos this year is better players -which means a smaller squad -with the best players down the middle. He wants players to celebrate with fans and the fans to celebrate with the players "were all in together" he says, and anyone is welcome to come to the club and get involved, watch training etc. He wants his players to demonstrate discipline, high standards and respect.
This season he's hoping to be able to strengthen in January and states we didn't have enough strikers last year. ...we will be playing 442 and he goes on to give an in depth talk about our tactics for the coming season
Craig Mahon last year was a massive loss, but he is confident , better luck with injuries and we will do much better this year. Talks about how well the Academy players are doing, hoping to see one or two break through this season hoping to sign a new keeper this weekend.
Players have there own team app, talks about sports science big on nutrition, hydration and science, gives us a talk on how to measure hydration and work out how much water a player needs to take on board during a game .
he quotes " the key to success write down everything u need to do on that day and do it" ... he then states if he couldn't see us improving he wouldn't be here and goes on to say how confident he is about the coming season .
He talks about Lawrence Kirby and how important his role is at the club, same with Mark Maguire and all the volunteers at the club, a lot of them there full time.
We then go into a Q & A with him, someone asks why do all the players go back for corners, he says statistically when all the players come back for corners the team concede less goals. he answers various question before the whistle is blown for half time . Time for a quick pint, 2nd half
Bryan Burns introduces three of the new directors who explain their rolls, Neil tells us about the new website, away commentary which will be FREE from now on, Doing our own website saved us at least 16 k (probably a lot more) he thanks MBNA for there part in helping put the site together
Laurance tells us season tickets may be available from next Friday the club may open Sunday to allow tickets to be collected , season ticket sales was 1090 income 200 k Cestrian 10 yet to be launched and this offer will be added to the total for season ticket income.
Bryan states how hard working and passionate our manager is, gives us a talk on where we are up to with the proposed disabled seating area. Good turnout good meeting

to cut a long story short, there has been lots of suggestions and lots of quotes, west stand east stand etc, but the disabled supporters want to stay in the main stand, so something is going to be built next to the legends lounge and someone is coming in next week to sort out the funding gap, that's a very very brief version
no mention of 4g pitch
