Just a gentle reminder to all Blues fans to please use the Easyfundraising portal when booking holidays on-line. I booked a short break through Expedia using this method and have raised over £30 for the Club through this one transaction . The rewards for travel seem significantly larger than they do for on-line shopping (as much as 6%) and it's free money. Let's see if we can get the total raised to over £4K by the end of the season.

I always forget to use this and transact on line a lot. How easy is it to set up?

I've registered. Do I just have to log into that page every time to make a purchase? I've just made a purchase via e bay but it's not showing as funds raised?

Log in to Easyfundraising and choose the option to stay logged in every time you access that page. When you want to shop on-line just access the site you want to go to (Amazon, John Lewis, Expedis, Argos etc) through the search option on the Easyfundraising page. It's dead easy and when the items are paid for you'll get an e-mail, usually 1-2 days later, telling you how much you've raised.

I don't think they are, but FlyBe, Lufthansa, Emirates and Jet2 are. All the big travel companies are on Easyfundraising though - Expedia, Thomson, Thomas Cook, lastminute.com, hotels.com etc. Travel and holidays are 'big ticket' items and the potential to raise significant sums very easily is massive.

That's unfortunate. I can only realistically fly with RyanAir from Norway.
Anything else incurs stopovers and increased costs.
I'll certainly look at other ways on EasyFundraising though.

Every little helps.

You may be able to book the same flight via expedia and then raise cash for the club that way.

Where's that defunct Mortgage Now banner gone? In my opinion, that's where the Easyfundraising logo should be sited - can't miss it!

The mods have no control over this before you start to yell at us! I am going to pin this but some folks never read pinned posts for some unknown reason.

PS Doesn't work in North America!

There is an option on the website to enable a feature that should you go onto a site where you can raise funds for the club it gives you a reminder to go through easyfundraising.

Get it set up people.

There really is a vast amount of outlets on there. I've just bought football boots and got the reminder to pay through easyfundraising.

There is also the option now to share who you are saving for on Twitter and Facebook. Got to be worth a share to further raise awareness.

Booked a holiday with firstchoice yesterday, nice little chunk of money for the club, also booked a weekend away with shearings for my mum and dad, every bit helps the club and no extra cost to me just need to make the effort. cityscarf.gif cityscarf.gif
