I go in H block and pay for the privelage as does everybody else in there that I know. Going on your theory, would you say that stay away fans aren't real fans because they don't even go never mind get in free or pay ?

Good point I hasten to add and I am in agreement with you.

Where is this place you jesters call H Block? I'm imagining some feared terrace like Galatasaray but we are talking about The Diva so I'm thinking its a block of seats maybe 30 in total with a handful of middle aged fat knackers dressed in finest cream slacks and naff naff jumpers.

Yes you are spot on Goatsky.
I like Farah slacks rather than the Marks and Sparks ones - they do tend to a bit high on the crotch!

As for getting on the pitch, I walked on with my kid and the Harry Macc WL's got on too.
Your not telling me our Sterwards stopped you? Have you seen them? laugh.gif

Did you have your eyes shut ? It was like minge city in there yesterday, reminded me of Blimpers in the 80's.
Thinking about it rationally, that was a lie H block hasn't got a phone box in the piano bar for the girls to p1ss in. God that was a classy joint.

The piano bar! Remember when karaoke first came out late 80's and they used to do it in there? Half of Blacon singing Whitney Houston songs trying to win 4 free bottles of Labatts or K cider!

Whispers was great. Remember the upstairs bar in there? Used to go there when knocked back from Blimps or Rendezvous. Ever make the Plantation on a Friday night? Went in on a works do once, it was like a cattle market. I was only 18, scared the s**t out of me!

Then plantation was something else. The look of horror on the old birds faces if the end of the night drew close and they didn't have a bloke to take home. biggrin.gif

Where did you sit Scott?
People get the wrong idea about H block, there is always something going on, if not connected to the match. No one slags the players off, they all get behind the team and it's all good natured family fun!
