Feel sick, lost for words.

Looks like the idiots on here got there whish, not confident now that well stay up. Then if we go down we are left with a manager who doesn't know the conference north aswel as Young.

Ridiculous, he deserved whole season and should have stayed.

Sounds like it was a mutually agreed decision which may prove to be a good thing but only time will tell. I'm sorry to see Young go but at the same time by leaving now, he doesn't taint his record with a relegation against his name. Even if he had done so, he will forever be a CFC legend for what he has done over the last few years.

Good luck Neil, will look forward to seeing where you end up next.

EDIT: Just remembered.... with Young gone, the "relationship" with Leeds may well also go. Whoever takes over has a huge job on their hands. Thank heavens Killock re-signed before Youngie left.

We've struggled this season but it is sad to see him leave the club after all he's done. Let's hope we can get a good replacement quickly so that we don't suffer on the pitch for it.

Sad to lose Neil after a fantastic first 3 seasons. Only with hindsight will we know if it was the right decision or not but he'll always be held in high regard for me for those first 3 seasons, not to mention winning at the goats.
Youngie I salute you bowdown.gif cityscarf.gif

Genuinely sad but really think the clock has been ticking towards this the last few months. Neil has been a brilliant manager at lower levels but the conference has been a level that's found him out. A victim of his own incredible success. Not many managers could have done what he did guiding us to 3 straight titles even this season despite the struggle winning at Wrexham was another feather in his cap.
