Jesse James, Eltonian and Bandit 12 are definately going on the Vectra Express.
Let all Chester Fans make a 'Statement of Intent' and turn up in big numbers, colours and loaded with flags. Pray for sunshine, fill their pubs, guiness.gif sing up for the Blues cityscarf.gif
and to the Victor the spoils.

Alty fans pick a match each season and label it 'Invasion Day' where a load of 40 somethings have a day out. I know our loyal supporters can do better on numbers.

LET'S MAKE THIS OUR 'INVASION DAY'

My nearest Chester F.C. match ever, just over an hour and a half from Bournemouth, so utterly relishing the prospect of a few hours round Oxford with the gf followed by the opening game of the season.*Rubs hands together vigorously to the point of friction bur cityscarf.gif n.

Overnight stay and a few tins for this one. Would be rude not to celebrate the return of the football season.

Anyone having more luck with hotels than I am. All local Premier Inns full and other options I have looked at are treble their lowest prices for that night! Is something else on in Oxford that weekend or possibly the Olympic effect?? at the moment looks like a long car journey there and back or possibly the Hipkiss. Whatever just got to be there!:cityscarf:
