I'm suprised it's 1pm as the FC United game was 11am at first but changed. If Chorley knew how to run a Football Club and didn't have a mob last season it would be near to 800-1000, but after the shambles that they caused last season I think a majority will be put off. I think they'll give us 300/500 at best.

When FC played Chorley they had a live stream at the ground, hopefully the board can sort something like that out.

We're anticipating more tickets to be available for CFC fans, but will confirm early next week, along with all other match details.

To be fair Chorley have been doing as much as possible this time round to ensure this game goes as smoothly as possible.

Just been mentioned on Twitter that ticket details will be announced next week. We have given Chorley plenty of flack for their handling of big games over the last couple of seasons (and rightly so) but at least they seem to be getting this one sorted in plenty of time for this match unlike Northwich who left the entire thing until the last minute.

Surely the police will be out in force for this one. Would be good if the club could put on discounted coaches for this one and ensure that everyone gets to and from the match safely.

Hopefully the police will allow the coaches to remain parked where they send them before the game or at least think to inform us when they move them this time instead of leaving a group of Chester fans stranded with a massive mob of Chorley fans between them and their buses home.

Of course they are doing everything they can to get as many Chester fans there as possible. They realise they are no threat to our league position, so don't need to restrict numbers to gain an advantage on the pitch, and they have £70,000 to find after their dodgy accountant affair.

Thats why the ripping off w****rs are making no concessions again, they need to rip off every kid possible. Suppose it makes a change from hitting kids though!!!! And bricking pensioners.

this was posted on non-league forum by chorley fan who seems reliable-

Chester FC Ticket Details
Following discussions between both clubs & the local police the ticket arrangements for the Chester FC game on the 4th February 2012 are as follows.
The game will kick off at 1:00pm
The game will be all ticket & segregation will be in place.
Chester FC have been allocated 1000 tickets at the Pilling Lane end of the ground.
Due to potential policing costs all tickets for both home & visiting supporters will be priced at £9.00 there will be no concessions available for the game.
Voucher system will be in operation, vouchers will be issued at today’s game & against Stafford on the 28th but not at the Doodson Cup tie against FC United. Voucher holders will be able to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per voucher.
Season ticket holders & junior magpies will be admitted as normal but season ticket holders will be able to purchase 2 additional tickets if required.
Tickets will be available next week from the club office, opening hours will be announced shortly.
Tickets will not be on sale on the day of the game.
The date of the game is subject to change dependant on cup results next weekend.

I'm going but I think we'll cancel our sightseeing tour of Chorley this year. Not because of the trouble mind, simply the place is a dump.

And??? Let them get on with it. It was their decision no to attend. The arrangements for this years game seem more concrete than last year with Chorley operating a voucher scheme. I'm sure this one will go on without any of last seasons disgracefulness.
