Sad Salisbury Debacle Continues.....
Salisbury City Football Club advisor Paul Smith has released the following statement.

"During the last five days I have been trying to negotiate the return of Salisbury City Football Club from Outail Touzar the club’s 96 per cent majority shareholder.

“The negotiations, which are documented were conducted through Touzar’s Dubai mobile via the social network site WhatsApp. As you can imagine these negotiations were tiresome and prolonged and extremely painful at times dealing with a man who appears to live on an entirely different planet to the rest of us.

“Following Mark Winter’s decision to reluctantly stand down the only option left open to us was to convince Touzar to stand down and sign over the shares he paid a £1 for and to date has seen him fail to invest a single penny in the club but withdraw £3,950 without explanation.

“The deeper we dug into Touzar the more we uncovered a trail of lies, deceit and deception. Needless to say it was imperative to keep him on side to safeguard the future of a club facing an uncertain future under his brief tenure.

“On Friday, if we fail to lodge a £50,000 bond and pay football creditors around £27,000, the Football Conference will throw Salisbury City out of the league. That will inevitably be followed by a winding up order from the HM Revenue & Customs if we fail to pay an outstanding tax bill for £29,000.

“In opening negotiations with Touzar I had managed to secure funding to secure the future of the club from three key investors who were prepared to pay off the immediate debts and allow us to rebuild the club following the loss of the manager and key players.

“Unfortunately Touzar, whose motives seem to perplex many people, had other ideas. Even though he couldn’t raise a single penny, had failed to lift a finger since he took over. He still seemed to think he was sat on a very valuable asset, despite the club facing an imminent demise.

“He tried to gauge the wealth of the three investors and demand proof of funding presumably so he could come up with ludicrous demands to relinquish his hold on the club.

“Yet even I couldn’t have envisaged what he was going to propose until he put his demands in writing this morning. Touzar wanted £100,000 for 60 per cent of the club, to remain as chairman for at least 6 months and 35 per cent of any commercial deals he bought into the club.

“He also wanted 35 per cent of any deal that would see the club relocate from their current ground, and wanted Mark Winter, Michaela Menzel and Rae Hughes banned from any involvement in the club.

“Even more bizarrely, given that the lawyers of Prince Khalid had threatened to sue Touzar because he had drawn up a playing contract while the club were under a transfer embargo and accused him of harassing the family for money, he demanded that the player could only sign for Salisbury City if he personally authorised it.

“Perhaps this will now confirm what many of us know and, others believe to be true, that this man is only driven by personal greed and has no interest in the well-being of the football club. Touzar would have you believe that his intentions were only honourable and the lies and deception are down to others. I will leave you to draw your own conclusions to that.

“When I replied to Touzar with understandable outrage he accused me of breaching a trust by discussing his offer and claimed it was merely a test. Furthermore this morning he sent out a series of emails to players and staff pleading with them to defer payments they were due while at no point has he made a single sacrifice monetary or other.

“He even complained that a £20,000 cheque from a passionate disabled fan had been stopped preventing him from spending someone else’s money.

“Sadly it seems this is going to reach an inevitable conclusion and the likelihood is Salisbury City will fold. While the passionate fans will understandably be distraught at the prospect, I dare say its owner, Touzar, won’t lose a wink of sleep. We can only assume his only regret is that he couldn’t manage to fleece the club of more money than the £3,950 he managed to get his hands on.

“When it is more appropriate, we intend to be far more transparent about Touzar’s dealings with Salisbury City. But barring a minor miracle it’s fair to say his brief tenure at the club has been to oversee its complete annihilation."

I feel so sorry for everyone concerned here. Mark Winter remortgaged his house and put £75k in to buy the club, only to relinquish 96% of the shares for £1 to a conman.

I hope he doesn't act on too many e-mails received from Nigeria !!

Doh!! When I posted some while ago that the Salisbury Full Time model seemed to be one to copy i was not aware that the Coach had mortgage his own home to support the club financially

no-one had reminded me of this poor judgement but at least it is not as bad as Alec Salmond suggesting a couple of years ago that following independence Scotland could follow the Iceland economy model!!

Haven't got much sympathy for them tbh, they sold the majority of their shares to someone who appantly can't rub two pennies together.

As always it's the fans who are left to pick up the pieces.

QUOTE (Gizmo's Dad @ Jul 5 2014, 04:32 PM) *

Statement issued on Friday -

Salisbury City Statement

Salisbury City have been expelled from the Conference South after the Conference board performed a massive u-turn after earlier giving us assurances that if our football debts were paid we would be able to continue in the league.

Last night, following a four hour meeting, Jackie Goddard, Mark Winter, Jeremy Harwood, David Phillips, Amanda Newbury and Graham Mundy agreed to pay in excess of £91,000 to immediately safeguard the clubs future. As we all suspected Medy Outail Touzar had no intention of paying a single penny and was prepared to see the club crash and burn.

Lengthy negotiations had taken place with the Conference today with the ownership issue now heading for the High Court. The money was transferred to the clubs client account awaiting instruction to be transferred into the Conference account as per agreement with the conference.

Prior to that and before 3pm today, the Conference board had sought assurances about the running of the club and also sought indemnity over the transfer of the funds because technically the debts were being paid by a third party. All the assurances the Conference wanted were met and the club expected to carry on the Conference South, recruit a manager and players to compete this season. Even more than that we offered to indemnify the conference against any legal action taken by Touzar against them, if they went ahead with what at the time where their intentions. That was to allow us to operate through this period until the ownership is resolved one way or the other.

But what the Conference did next staggered belief. They went back on their word, said they were throwing the club out, subject to an appeal, and if we were able to get the ownership sorted out we can still enter the league and form a squad. They were told that the legal action route we were taking would in all likelihood take 28 days minimum, because of standard notice periods. It didn’t it seems make any difference.

The conference then told us at just after 3pm, not to send the monies that were ready to go to meet their conditions, because once received they would be non-refundable. The money was immediately frozen and we have now contacted IPS Law in Manchester to take the strongest possible legal action against the Conference.

The conference change of heart today, potentially could rob the supporters of the club, that they hold dear, but also, their change of heart also prevents the players that are still owed money, the staff that have been working for over two months without being paid, being potentially robbed of any chance they have of getting paid what is rightly due to them.

Naturally emotions will be running very high and there will be a great deal of anger being directed at the Conference and the absent owner Touzar who showed his true colours in the 11th hour. He did nothing!

But rest assured Salisbury City will not go down without a monumental fight.

Salisbury City FC

Salisbury City FC are delighted to announce they have new owners following successful legal action taken against its former owner Outail Touzar for fraudulent misrepresentation.

The investors and directors of club, Mark Winter, Jackie Goddard, David Phillips, Graeme Mundy and Jeremy Harwood are the collective new owners and will form a five member board to take the club forward.

The immediate objectives is to pay off outstanding debts and lodge an appeal to secure reinstatement into the Conference South.

The process to find a new manager and assemble a squad of players to compete this season has already begun.

The new board would like to reassure the clubs supporters that while this has been an extremely difficult and trying time for all concerned we will be striving to pick up the pieces and take the club forward.

Naturally given the mess the new owners are inheriting patience, support and unity in the community is imperative if we are to meet with success.

While we cannot undo the damage done in the past few months the main priority is to move forward collectively and rebuild a club we can all be proud of.

There will be a few drinks being had in the Vestry this evening from 7:30pm. All supporters are invited to join us. There is still a lot of work to do, but getting past the biggest hurdle of them all has to worth something of a celebration.

The board of Directors of;

Salisbury City Football Club.

Soon after this news was published, Salisbury's (ex) chairman Outail Touzar says he has held talks with One Direction's Niall Horan about being player/co-chairman of the club

Couldn't be that easy could it? Well no, as it happens. The FA have confirmed they have received two appeals against their demotion, one from the consortium whose post is above and another from Touzar, who it seems still holds the clubs registration, so is in effect still their owner. He has today posted another gem to the poor unfortunate SCFC supporters -

Salisbury City FC would like to announce that after extensive consultation with its legal advisors,it has filed an appeal with the Football Association FA to reinstate the club to the Football Conference Premier division, the appeal was lodged on Friday 18th July 2014 and carried the legal grounds which the club believe are valid enough for the FA to consider and make the just and fair decision that will protect the club and the spirit of the game

Club Chairman Mr.A.S.Outail,M.Touzar said “we have been in constant contacts with the FA and working with our advisors over the past couple of weeks to prepare a solid file that contains all the evidence and documents that show all the irrugilarities the club was victim of and we are very optimistic and confident that the FA will do what is right according to its rules and regulations and that justice will prevail at the end so we can guarantee our fans and the residents of salisbury and its region top conference football next season,”

Club Chairman would also like to announce that unlike the various media reports, the players and staff were actually paid a major portion of their owed wages with only a small part now remaining also various creditors were paid and had their debt settled since the new owners took over the club couple months ago including a major payment to HMRC to secure the club existence last may and which was coverd in part thanks to a sponsorship deal struck by the club Chairman with a local Salisbury regional business.

In Addition,Salisbury City FC Senior executive management members and under the instructions and introductions of club Chairman Mr.Touzar and the club’s other major shareholders thru their vast network of friends and contacts with their fellow top club owners and presidents, they are currently in advanced talks with some top EPL and Laliga clubs for possible pre season friendlies and also the potential of signing partnership MoUs to exchange players and coaching expertise with the vue of a acting as a feeder club for them in the near term, once these agreements are confirmed and announced it will be a major surprise for the club supporters and a first in the history of the club and the city of salisbury.

Also the club and its Chairman would like to thank the fans for their recent messages of support after realizing that they were victim of various misleading and false announcements without any evidence to back it posted by the hackers who stole the club previous official website and would reassure the fans that current owners are doing the best they can to protect the club rights and interests.

more exciting announcements and news will be communicated to the fans and public over the next few days and thru the club new official website at www.salisburycity-fc.com

From SCFC would be owners -

Early next week Salisbury City FC will be forced to take their case to the High Court to regain complete control of the club.
They also face the possibility of an FA appeal hearing due to the actions of one man.

The Clubs lawyer Chris Farnell has gone on record today absolutely appalled by the situation that Mr Touzar has placed the club and supporters in.
Farnell said: There has been a lot of comments made by Mr Touzar regarding the club and what he is or what he has claimed to be doing.
"It is about time that the fans were made aware of the serious damage that Mr Touzer has caused the club by his actions and promises, all of which have amounted to absolutely nothing.
"The club is now having to fight for its survival as a direct consequence of Mr Touzar, failing to make himself available in the correct legal channels.
"Mr Touzar's continued campaign of “hide and seek” is placing the club in the position of having to face the possibility of an appeal to The FA and having to attend Court to commence legal proceedings against him while he continues to release pointless statements and hides behind numerous email addresses.
"The situation the Club finds itself in presently is almost unique in football history”.

Salisbury CEO Paul Smith said: "The legal costs alone due to the appalling behaviour of this man have crippled the club.
"We are, as a club fighting for our very existence. If Mr Touzar genuinely believes he is the owner of the club then where is he? "His actions are those of a coward. He hides behind lies and an inflated ego of self importance. "To date all he has done is stolen £4,000 out the club and released lie after lie on a free website."

Meanwhile the latest communique from planet Touzar -

Salisbury City FC would like to announce that club is currently in advanced negotiations with Spanish coach Sergio Lobera ex coach of FC Barcelona youth teams and various clubs in Spain including Las Palmas and Ceuta to join the technical staff at the club after recent talks with Holland Intenational and ex Chelsea,Celtic and Notingham Forest player Piere Van Hooijdonk to join club as player/coach came to an end as he was offered a better opportunity which he can not turn down and we wish him best of luck on his upcoming career move and thank him for his valuable advise and profesionalism
In the mean time and upon reference from Pierre himself,Dutch rising midfielder Marley Berkvens who played for Dutch giants Feynord Roterdam among others has agreed to join the club for its preseason camp,He will bring tremendous depth and creativity to the midfield
In addition French International Midfielder Ronald Matels a product of the prestigous Clairfontaine formation center and ex member of the French u18 national team,French versatile defender Yousef Faker Who had career stints at Spanish side San isidro and US Orleans in France and Senegalese pacy winger Cherif Sal also agreed to join the club for next season
In the mean time club Chairman along with his advisors were on recent visit to the training complex that will host the club camp to view the facilities and put the final touches before the club arrives on the start of next month

Chairman A.S.Outail M. Touzar commented “I was very impressed with what I saw,the qualilty of the facilities and pitches is fantastic and all the ingredients for a succesfull camp are in place with only couple of hours away from salisbury and also couple teams training at the same complex and against whom we are discussing to play friendly games and with the exciting players we anounced today now we have a solid group of 16 players with a strong Technical Director and great coaches to follow and few more players including some surprises to join from UK,Brazil and Saudia Arabia in the next few days, competition for the spots will be fierce and I am confident we will have a strong squad for next season and some of these players will have a long and successful careeres which they will kick start in Salisbury ”

Having decided diplomacy wasn't working the would be owners of SCFC state their dissatisfaction with the football authorities -

Salisbury City are being monumentally stitched up by the FA and Conference which will ultimately lead to the demise of the football club.

We were due to go before an independent appeals panel at 12pm today to challenge the Conference boards decision to throw us out of the league.

Yet barely 24 hours before our case was due to be heard the independent chairman objected to our appeal on the grounds we were not the legal owners and therefore had no right to appeal even though we were due to appear in the High Court 24hrs later and claim ownership of the club unchallenged.

The FA, who had taken the unprecedented step of hearing and appeal from two sets of owners because privately they claimed they feared being sued by a fraudulent Moroccan owner whose only contribution to the club was to walk off with £4,000 of fans money, have now cut off all communication with the club and their legal advisers.

This whole process is a complete farce. There is nothing independent about this process.

This is about football closing ranks and conspiring because they feel they are not accountable to anyone else accept themselves.

The Conference board are a total disgrace governed by individuals with clear agendas against this club.

Twice they entered Into negotiations with us making widespread demands we met including paying down all debts and putting up a £50,000 bond only to pull the plug on us at the 11th hours.

Their general manager, Dennis Strudwick, sent a number of emails to former players criticising the club and their failure to pay down debts.

While board member Colin Peake went out on blog sites and forums commenting on Salisbury.

This is completely unacceptable and totally unprofessional.

What these governing bodies have done is prejudice a board of directors whose only interest was to intervene and try and save their beloved football club.

The Conference and FA can attempt to dress this up how they like but their atrocious, unaccountable actions are a disgrace, they are unfit to govern, they are a total embarrassment to the game they claim to represent.

It is about time that these people were held accountable for their actions. Who the hell do they think they are?

Because we are a small club in the great scheme of things do they think they have the right to walk all over us, destroy the club and carry on regardless?

I wonder how Greg Dyke, the FA chairman, who lives in a small village just outside of Salisbury feels about this?

Perhaps he should be holding his head in his hands in shame that he presides over an organisation that thinks they are above the law.

Let's us not forget that while Salisbury were the unfortunate victims of a complete fraudster if the Conference and FA's pathetic and farcical fit and proper persons test hadn't been in operation he wouldn't have been able to take control of the club in the first place.

What idiots allow an individual to make up a name and only ask him to provide an email address as confirmation he is fit to own a football club? You guessed it the bungling fools at the Conference and FA.

What they have conspired to do to Salisbury City is disgraceful and against the moral obligation they have to the teams under their charge.

Meanwhile back on Planet Touzar (where the full stop is obviously an alien concept) -

Salisbury City FC would like to announce that the media and design firm it has hired few weeks ago to advise the club on its Brand development efforts in order to make it a more attractive one has finally came up with a new Crest design for the club, the new logo still carries features from the previous logos with improvements that reflects the new direction the club is heading to and it has been modrnized from every perspective

Club Chairman A.S.Outail M.Touzar commented “as part of our efforts to improve the club brand and make it more appealing to the new generations of football fans and the new blue ocean markets we are planning to penetrate in Asia,America and the MENA region,we have hired a well respected firm to advise us on this task and after weeks of research and work they presented to us a first version of club new crest, which in our turn we present to our fans to view and give us their opinion and suggestions before we approve it and officially adopt it as our new club crest for the new era and which will be reflected on our club new kits for next season that is due to hit the shelves soon after next FA apeal Board hearing which is due this upcoming week and at which we are very confident the club position will be restored to Football Conference competition for next season”

Statement in respect to the Appeal Salisbury City FC –v- The Football Conference

A Football Association Appeal Board today heard an appeal from Salisbury City FC in respect of the Club’s expulsion from The Football Conference. The Appeal was dismissed.

The parties to the appeal, who were both given the full opportunity of attending the hearing at Wembley Stadium today, were Salisbury City FC Ltd under its present owners and The Football Conference.

The Appeal Board decided not to allow the former owners of the Club to attend the hearing. The Appeal Board carefully considered a request from those former owners to take a full part in the appeal but came to the view they had no legal standing to represent the Club.

As a result of this appeal, Salisbury FC is no longer able to participate in any Division of the Football Conference. The Club will now be removed from the Vanarama Conference South fixture list for the coming season which starts this Saturday, 9th August

Latest diatribe by the 'Arab Superman' (as he thinks he is being referred to as)

Salisbury City FC would like to announce that the FA has decided to dismiss the club apeal to overturn the football conference decision to relegate the club to Conference South and later expel it from the Conference altogether

At an appeal hearing held Tuesday at the FA offices in Wembley in front of an independent apeal board and partially attended by our club Chairman Mr.Outail M.Touzar via conference call and by Conference General Manager Mr.Dennis Strudwick, its Finnance Manager Mr.Fraser Tooly, and their Legal team consisting of Mr.Mel Stein and Solicitor Mr.Nick De Marco, and where the Apeal Board had a chance to go thru both the respondent submisions (Football Conference in this case) and the club Submissions prepared in collaboration with our club legal advisors and containing all the evidence and documents demonstrating the club position and the legal grounds to back its appeal which mainly stressed the following facts and ground :

· 1.5 (2) of the Football Association Regulations for Appeals in that the League failed to comply with the Rules and/or Regulations relevant to its decision and

· 1.5 (3) in that the Football Conference came to a decision that no reasonable body could have come to.

and had no right from the start to impose a 100.000 bond at first and a 50.000 Bond at second on the club in order to confirm its memebership for next season and that the club was at all time happy to comply with all the other requirements and even started paying its football creditors according to an agreed and signed schedule with them ) had the Bond condition was lifted and canceled as we felt it was unfair and illigal and even the club owners were ready to provide the Bond but only upon the conference demonstrating that it was legal and had valid grounds which the conference failed to provide.

Unfortunaly the apeal board saw otherwise and decided to dismiss our apeal and we are now consulting with our legal advisors to decide our next move, and we want to assure our fans that it is not over yet as there are other avenues to apeal the FA decisions and we will go as far as it takes to protect the club rights and interest of its owners and shareholders

Club Chairman Mr.Outail M.Touzar said “I am really shocked and disappointed of the FA decision but I will not rush to comments while I am in this state of anger and will wait for my advisors to go throu the full decision and the detailed ground behind it as supplied by the Apeal Board Chairman before I make any full statement”

Now Salisbury City FC and its Legal Owners Mr.Adyl,Mr.Hassan,Mr.Rachid,Mr.Yahya,Mr.Outail and the others would like also to go on the record and states that althou they were not happy with the FA decision but they would like to thank the FA for its brave decision to kick out and deny entry to a gang of idiots that was barking outside the FA offices and trying to force entry without invitation to an apeal hearing that they had nothing to do with and no legal authority to be part of and they hope that will send a strong message to everyone who was misled and a victim of their lies and fraudulent statements all this past period of time and had doubts over the real and legal ownership of the football club and company and although they had the privilege to use the various unfair and unprofesional media outlets who was just copying and pasting stories and lies without asking or publishng any real evidence to back it and which unfortunatly contributed to the confusion and negative buzz created within the public and the football community but when it came to reality and the D-day to face official authorities they were humiliated and put back to their original place where they belong, outside in the streets away from the official scene where they dream to be part of and again like everytime they start crying and puting the blame on the FA,the Football Conference, the Arab Superman as they claim and the rest.

Last, the club owners urge the club true supporters to take their historic responsabilty and stop the real fraudsters from interfering with the club business while using their name and umbrella as a reason and to let the club true owners to run their business and try to fix the club matters both on and off the field and tell them that enough is enough.

As a result of the recent decision, the club camp that was due to start once the favorable FA decision to reinstate the club to football conference as initially expected, was taken, will now be canceled and instead the assembled squad will just carry closed doors normal training sessions at an undisclosed location to avoid any negative impact on the players.

Further Statements and Updates to follow in the next few days.

In this weeks episode - the FA publish their reasons for dismissing SCFC's appeal against expulsion from the FC (follow the link to a 20 page summary showing how not to run a football club), Touzar claims victory at the High Court and gives his adoring public a present. On a serious note whoever wins the ownership case will face, like Hereford, a winding up petition from HMRC at the beginning of September. Given his track record whilst acting as owner of SCFC (far from investing he took £4,000 from the clubs safe in a late night visit) it is highly likely the club will cease to exist if he wins.

SALISBURY CITY FC AND IT CHAIRMAN HISTORIC DAY IN COURT

Posted on August 15, 2014 by otail

Salisbury City FC would like to announce that after a historic and surprising personal presence of our club chairman at a hearing in the high court of justice in london yesterday which was his second one since he took over the club exactly 3 months ago after the first one back in april to attend an HMRC Winding up petition hearing where he was successfull in getting it dismissed as well *
Chairman Touzar who showed up with his advisors to mainly inform the judge and everyone else that he is present, fully hands on and running the club affairs and fully confident that Justice and the court house is and always was in his opinion the real place for any legit claims to be filed and pursued instead of the unfair, irresponsible, unethical and unofficial media scene where our chairman resisted and refused to be dragged to low class debates as he turned away the many press inquiries and exclusive interview offers from high profile media outlets from various parts of the world which some of it included compensation as well but our chairman who prefers to stay away from the limelight and focus on the main tasks in hand instead turned them all away citing saving the club for its city, community and loyal fans as his top priorityin regaining his full authority over the club day to day affairs which was handled by one of the other major shareholders and directors of the club since Aug 7th date of the last hearing where our chairman was not present because he was not aware of the hearing taking place
In addition,Mr.Outail was also successfull in getting an adjournement granted and as a result a new hearing date towards the end of august was confirmed.
Now again the club hopes that this sends a strong message to the real fans and give them more insight about the reality at the club and who is really working for its best interest and who is just after their personal ones.

* previous HMRC demand was not paid by Touzar.

Touzar celebrates taking the club from the Conf Prem to a possible place somewhere within the Wessex League

As they enter the end game with a winding up order from HMRC to be heard in a few days time expected to result in the demise of the club, the man hailed in the beginning as a saviour delivered his latest sermon -

SALISBURUY CITY FC RECENT MEETINGS WITH THE FA IN WEMBLY PARK

Posted by otail

Salisbury City FC would like to announce that the club have submited an
application to join the Sydenhams Football League(Wessex) for this
season, this follows a week of meetings and rounds of negotiations with
various parties which started with the club successful wiltshire FA
affiliation last week and continued with a meeting between the FA directors
and the club ownership group and their advisors on tuesday at the FA
offices in Wembley Park,to try and sort out the club current participation
situation,a 3 hours historic meeting that was very fruitful and helped to
draw a clearer picture of the current situation and design a roadmap to
achieve agreed targets, the process continued again yesterday with a meeting
at the Hampshire FA in Basignstoke with the Sydenhams Football League
Wessex Chairman and Directors and a delegation of Salisbury City FC to
discuss the current situation and officially sumbmit the club membership
aplication and the list of players and coaching staff.
Now the Club ownership group and its Chairman Mr.Outail M.Touzar would like
to set the record straight and distance itself from the recent media attack
on the FA and governing bodies that was circulated by various websites and
media outlets and state that it does not represent the club official stance
watsoever and it is strictly the opinion of its writers, and the club has
repeatdly warned the public that its previous website was hacked and stolen
and Legal action will be taken against whoever used the club name without
any legal right or authorization.
Club owners would actually go as far as saying that in contrary, the club
would state that althou it is not fully happy with the content of some of
the decisions taken but it is satisfied with the FA profesionalism in its
dealings and its ongoing help and collaboration along with the Wiltshire FA
and the Sydenhams football league (Wessex)to try and solve the club current
situation.
Finally Club would again Distance itself from the heavy attack on Non
League Paper’s Journalist Sam Elliot who has been critisized for simply
doing his Job and althou the club ownership has been and still a victim of
the unfair media treatment but would confirm that it does respect the
constructive media and only prefers its actions to speak louder than any
words and that it is doing the maximum it can to secure competitive
football is back to City of Salisbury with surprise regular friendlies
against elite premierleague and Championship clubs and their reserve squads
during the course of next season.

Unfortunately for him and more importantly for the fans, back in the real world -

“The Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) was approached by Salisbury City Football Club with the agreement of the Football Association, with regard to the Club joining the League, despite the season having commenced, to assist the Club in playing competitive football.

The League has met with the Club but cannot see that the Club has a structure in place, on or off the pitch, to compete in the League, whilst the on-going Court Cases place a question mark over any long term involvement with the League.

The League has therefore rejected the Club’s application.”

I know this isn't fun for the fans but I love reading the updates, you just can't guess what ridiculous things are going to happen next. Comedy gold - put us in a league even after it's started and we have no players or infrastructure rolleyes.gif
Hopefully a fan-owned club can surface at Salisbury.

This guy needs locking up in a mental institution and the key being thrown away. He is 150% insane. He has single handed destroyed a decent and proud football club. Admittedly the due diligence on a new owner by the previous owners was incompetent at best but they wanted out fast. angry.gif
