He must be getting on a bit now Big Stevie. 48 and with all that grey hair. He doesn't have the best physique either.

Maybe, just maybe, one of these little incidents will turn out to be a step too far for him. As for his son, well, I am sure the cheeseburgers will finish him off soon enough. We can all hope.

Please understand that we need to be very careful with what we allow to be posted on here about this. The last thing we want is any distractions with possible libel etc

I think we all know what sort of person SV is, let's let the law deal with it

Ironically just seen the other little Vaughan vermin in town looking like he had put on another two stone since not even The Dog and Duck would give him a game.

Why can not reporters get there facts right, for one it wasnt the jug and bottle it was MCDONALDS, SV JNr spat his dummy out as the nice young girl called him a fat bastard, and apologised to him for giving him a wrong toy with his happy meal and his dozen qtr pounders and eight large fries!

SVR snr was also seen trying to pay with some scottish pounds notes which the lady on the till seemed to take offence too! biggrin.gif

Without prejudice

The (alledged) offence of doing a copper over is a very very serious one!

I do hope that the case against the accused is a good one, that the CPS decide there is enough evidence for a conviction, that a case goes ahead, that no plea bargain of guilty to a lesser offence is allowed, and that i'm called up for jury service.......

"We find the accused guilty your honor"

This is a very serious offense, and I have no alternative but to send the fat scouse bastards away for a very long time.........send them down!!!

(Mods, please note the "without prejudice")

Errm just found this little gem;

Wounding with Intent to do Grievous Bodily Harm or Causing
Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent to do Grievous Bodily Harm
(section 18)
3. Grievous bodily harm has the meaning of really serious bodily harm32 and can include
psychological harm, usually referred to by the courts as psychiatric injury.33 Wounding
means the breaking of the continuity of the outer skin. The CPS Charging Standard
advises that the following injuries usually amount to really serious bodily harm:34
• injury resulting in permanent disability or permanent loss of sensory function;
• injury which results in more than minor permanent, visible disfigurement; broken
or displaced limbs or bones, including fractured skull;
• compound fractures, broken cheek bone, jaw, ribs, etc;
• injuries which cause substantial loss of blood, usually necessitating a transfusion;
• injuries resulting in lengthy treatment or incapacity;
• psychiatric injury (appropriate expert evidence is essential to prove the injury).

Err on that little point and with previously reported issues this could get very messy indeed. No doubt one of our tame legal beavers can explain.
One thing I do note though is if this is moved from the Magistrates court to the Crown Court then would indicate the prosecution going for it!

No doubt all will become clear in time.

It's a serious crime, but no doubt, he will get let off again.

I think it's pretty common knowledge now that the authorities have been looking to nail Vaughan for something that carries a much more significant punishment than this will, for a long time.
