It is understood Ben Mills has probably suffered damage to his cruciate ligaments, hopefully it won't be as bad as feared.

Why would we put out a first teamers for this?

Respect Youngy, but don't you take advantage of a weekend off and 'rest' players?

I have faith in Youngy and co but...

We sign Adam Proudlock who we were told is fit and raring to go

We sign Tony Gray, 24 goals in conf prem last season and then don't play him, until now

We resign Ben Mills but send him out on loan as he needs 'match time', could he not do that here?

We sign Lee Trundle and are told he is fit but needs 'match time', so we mainly leave him on the bench

Ian Howard performs very well in the first part of the season and gets to top goal scorer, hardly played since

Marc Williams obviously one of our best players, hardly had a look in lately

I'm sure i'll get told NY knows best but some of these do seem strange

Bad attitude or bad fit with the club? I thought Young saw him as a McNeill replacment but clearly it didn't work out
We sign Tony Gray, 24 goals in conf prem last season and then don't play him, until now
Didn't cut it earlier in the season, change in style seems to have benefitted him?
We resign Ben Mills but send him out on loan as he needs 'match time', could he not do that here?
Ben didn't look like his earlier season self after his injury, sending him out to get fitness/form is a good idea IMO
We sign Lee Trundle and are told he is fit but needs 'match time', so we mainly leave him on the bench
If he's on pay as you play and we're winning without him, why play him?
Ian Howard performs very well in the first part of the season and gets to top goal scorer, hardly played since
I personally think that Young doesn't see Howard as a BSP player and is looking for replacements
Marc Williams obviously one of our best players, hardly had a look in lately
The form of Jarman and recent form of Gray is causing Williams to be benched
I'm sure i'll get told NY knows best but some of these do seem strange

Yes worked well given tonights news

Why bring him here then?

So bad looking into the players history?

Don't really know much about it other than the fact he looked disinterested in pre-season and ultimately didn't look good enough, again i think NY thought of McNeill but it didn't work out.

We sign Tony Gray, 24 goals in conf prem last season and then don't play him, until now

What change in style?

More balls into the channels and infront of the strikers suits the style of play of Gray, IMO.

We resign Ben Mills but send him out on loan as he needs 'match time', could he not do that here?
Ben didn't look like his earlier season self after his injury, sending him out to get fitness/form is a good idea IMO

You can't speculate for injuries.

We sign Lee Trundle
and are told he is fit but needs 'match time', so we mainly leave him on the bench
If he's on pay as you play and we're winning without him, why play him?
Why bring him here then?

To give Gray a kick up the a**e? To help coach some of the strikers? To add competition to the strike force? Trundles arrival has coincided with Grays upturn in form. Coincidence?

Ian Howard performs very well in the first part of the season and gets to top goal scorer, hardly played since
I personally think that Young doesn't see Howard as a BSP player and is looking for replacements
Why is he still here then?

He's under contract.

Marc Williams obviously one of our best players, hardly had a look in lately
The form of Jarman and recent form of Gray is causing Williams to be benched Gray, really

Slightly unfair to Jarman whos work rate is excellent and is our leading scorer.

I'm sure i'll get told NY knows best but some of these do seem strange
