It's over!

Know which games I'll be looking out for when next season fixtures are published.

Lets hope they've still got a ground...

Well done you Bees!!!!!

Good luck in your fight for survival (seriously) - you can't get out of the derby that easily.

Two 12noon kick-offs in store, but who cares! I wondered at times in our Conference years if we'd ever share a division again and now it has finally happened. The LDV was a taster - this is gonna' be for real.

They could and should have stayed up.

Look at Northwich who rolled their sleeves up and battled their way to survival.

Wr**h*m just rolled over and gave up after losing the 10 points.

Totally spineless - no fight, no bottle and now relegated. They were even on the verge of a great escape this week but blew it again.

Easy pickings next season for a resurgent Blues.

This season could have a silver lining after all - Wr**h*m down and I hope Hereford up. Always a decent touch of "good-natured" rivalry between us. Oh, nearly forgot the Sloppies to add to these biggrin.gif

Sounds incredibly bitter but I think it's fair to say that Wr**h*m's relegation has been the highlight of our season!! Let's be honest we've had sod all to shout about ourselves

It's a good point about Northwich, their achievements have gone unfairly unnoticed and Wr**h*m could still have survived. Having said that, a 10 point deduction for us would have meant we'd still be sweating this weekend

What with Wr**h*m and Stockport coming down, Hereford possibly coming up and Crewe making an effort to finally realise that they are sleeping dwarfs - it's starting to feel like the old days again!

Now if only Tranmere could get over their allusions of grandeur smile.gif

Bring on the Goats!!!!

A good point indeed, but I think all the off-field drama certainly had it's effects on the playing side of things at the Goatcourse.

However, even the Vics have been hit by financial trouble re: their new ground, and they may even be forced out of the Conference if they can't raise the money to complete the development in time for the start of next season.

Having said that, I was expecting the Goats to go a similar way to the Vics and fight their way up and away from relegation, but they were left with too much to do and destiny not entirely in their own hands in the end.

To rub salt into the wound, the Goats were heading down anyway with the score tied at 1-1 before Brentford decided to snatch a last-minute winner to cement their own play-off place! laugh.gif

Let's hope they stay afloat in time to start next season. Certainly two games to look forward to, with us looking for brighter things and they in the mire. The REAL most passionate rivalry in British football is back on...... rolleyes.gif

Not to mention the possibility of another North West derby next year in the shape of Oldham, looks like a great season is ahead of us.

Seeing we haven't lost at the Goatcourse for 20 years I doubt it'll be defeat we taste. Especially with their home record.

What are you on about?? this hereford love in is shocking!

if anything stevenage deserve to go up for winning the league a few years back

Calm down, calm down. At least SV will be happy to see the turnstiles turning a lot more often - get them well-greased for August, Mr Vaughan biggrin.gif
And I, for one, would prefer to go to Hereford than Stevenage, wouldn't you, Mr Guest?
