Due in the High Court today, I suspect things may become a bit clearer after that.

there are other creditors are yet to be paid. The one's who were on the petition have been paid

Though it is possible another petition could be launched this week

sounds like Leyton Orient are going through something similar to what we went through, here is a comment posted on their forum

"We're still alive, we don't have a 10 point penalty at the start of the season. All positives. We do, however, still have stinkering, festering, infected arse boil that is Bechetti draining the club of its life blood. We don't have a permanent manager, we don't have a squad, we seemingly don't have any executive authority over-seeing things, we aren't sure if our friendlies are going ahead, we're seemingly not scouting players, the stand off between fans and board is still ongoing...

Until this utter creep is going we're essentially on ice. I hope he doesn't feel like dragging this out past the start of the season. Without the ticking time bomb of the court date he can drag this out as long as he wants - next year if he wants to. Sure, we'll be in the bottom four of the national league but what does he care? He'll probably still be asking the same price then. I absolutely loathe this bloke."
