2nd year in a row that the FA trophy winners have been relegated, would love a trip to Wembley with Chester but at what cost ?

But with 38,000 watching that is a good size gate! Let's hope York City can also do a Halifax and get promoted back up next season.

Yes indeed 38,000 . . . with 'little' South Shields having an amazing 13/14,000 out of that figure . . . even Cleethorpes took more than our 'friends' from Gloucestershire the other week!

The crowd inside Wembley for Macclesfield v York looked far less than that, the majority of those who attended the FA Vase final seemingly having gone home but being counted in the total attendance.
