Kidderminster still haven't conceded a goal in 4 games, I can't see that changing today. If Burr doesn't get his formation right and stop playing the two wingers so far up the pitch it'll be another tonking. Was planning to make the trip down there today but after Saturday there's no chance- don't mind losing, don't even mind getting battered- it's the gutless performances I can't stand.

It's going to be wet, wet, wet. Forecast is for heavy rain from 1pm and I daresay if it's anything like where I am now (65 miles away in South Glos) it's raining now. Typical August Bank Holiday! Be interesting to see who can cope with the conditions.

They haven't conceded any but have only scored 4 which makes their attack as bad as ours - I wish!

The back 4 need more protection and Burr needs to stick with a backline and let them get used to each other rather than like Saturday making 3 changes to the defence at half time, it's not helping anybody. With the limited resources available i would go with a 4-2-3-1 formation, allowing James to push further forward:-

Hall
Disney Kay Brown Roberts
Harrison Heneghan
Mcconville James Rooney
Iwelumo

Hopefully Disney has learnt his lesson from Braintree and Heneghan has said he has played as a holding midfielder before. Not hopeful but i'm going for 1-1

I never thought I would say it, but I would play Hobson up front rather than Iwelumo and surely Riley must make an appearance today.

Back to my usual early morning kick off (8am) and listening online. After Saturday really rather glad doing it this way, has to be one of the worst displays i have ever witnessed. I have seen more passion in a tramps vest than what i saw on Saturday.
Maybe look at a 3-5-2 because the 2 full backs were p**s poor and you cant play Rooney in a 2 man midfield. From what i saw of Menagh he is to lightwieght for this league, and totally lacking any ideas upfront. Aside from that is was a great day. cityscarf.gif guiness.gif cityscarf.gif

I'm going to buck the trend and say 2-1 win for Chester, Hobson instead of Iwelumo and anyone but Kay at right back.

I agree it must be time for Riley , hasn't done anything to suggest he's not good enough just needs an opportunity like the others have had, disney should come back into the fold for me cityscarf.gif

5/1 to win on bet365.

I've gone for John Rooney to score anytime, and a 2-1 Chester win at 50/1. It's like printing money. unsure.gif

Listening the local BBC coverage makes you realise how bad the coverage of our club really is. Not having a BBC Cheshire means we are ignored by the BBC stations around us.

Looks like there has been a falling out with Disney. Iwelumo and Hobson together, our speed will tear Kiddy apart.

I think we'll sneak this one.
We are on a role having already beaten every team, below the top 4, that we have played this season. biggrin.gif
